The twin-headed monster has an armada of magical abilities that it uses to unleash upon the enemies.

This allows him to twist fate and destiny to suit his own malevolent purposes.

He is blessed with visions from the past and future, all the while being an unrivaled sorcerer who knows every action before it has even been conceived. Tzeentch has Kairos Fateweaver, the legendary lord who is the mightiest of the Lords of Change that serves in this faction.
